It's when I recall the dreams of my childhood that I always become the most inspired, focused and driven. I was told that I could be anything I wanted to be when I grew up...and I believed it. To this day when people ask "What do you wanna be when you grow up?" my answer is still "a rockstar". We aren't talking figuratively here...my senior year I had 7 choir classes, I sang in a rock band for 2 years after high school...I REALLY wanted to be a rockstar!
Although my days in the band are now limited to the occasional fun night of karaoke and backyard parties, I continue to enjoy the energy that comes from remembering and bringing into focus the answer to the question..."What would you be if there were no limitations?"
